Support Software Engineer

About the role

As a Support Software Engineer at Replicant, you will own the reliability of AI agents and conversation intelligence products in production, investigating and fixing issues that arise after launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own bugs, issues, and enhancement requests for live bots and products, handling escalations from frontline support engineers.
• Investigate root causes across logs, code, and internal tooling, then design, implement, test, and ship fixes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers on live issues, gathering requirements and coordinating testing.
• Build and maintain internal tools to accelerate future investigations and fixes.
• Raise customer feedback to product teams and adhere to SLAs and support metrics.

Required profile

• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems, REST APIs, and authentication (OAuth 2.0).
• Fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor as a core part of workflow.
• Ability to interact directly with customers, gather requirements, and explain technical fixes in plain language.
