Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee distribution activities for assigned facilities. The role involves managing budgets, plant receiving, transportation operations, and aligning supply chain initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of receiving, operations planning, and distribution/transportation for assigned facilities.
• Review master production plans and capacity to reduce costs while balancing productivity and inventory levels.
• Create, justify, and maintain accountability for supply chain operating budgets.
• Support local 3PLs to ensure adherence to budget, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with corporate leaders on short‑ and long‑range production plans and plant capability.
• Develop and coach supply chain teams, setting performance plans and career development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, including transportation and 3PL management.
• Proven track record leading multi‑site supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to lift 10‑30 lb occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP, Red Prairie, or similar inventory management systems.
• Data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Inventory management and budgeting.
• Transportation and 3PL management.
