Supply Chain Buyer – Multiple Openings in Costa Rica

About the role

As a Buyer you will be responsible for purchasing the materials, supplies, machinery and services that equip our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, monitor inventory, manage delivery schedules, negotiate with suppliers and procure essential items that turn possibilities into realities for our customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase materials, supplies, machinery and services for manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate delivery scheduling.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Business, Engineering or a STEM field (preferred).
• 1+ years of purchasing experience for junior roles, 3‑5 years for intermediate, 6+ years for senior positions.
• Proficiency in English (written, spoken, reading).
• Experience with SAP ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
