Supervisor, Performance Media Analytics (Temp)

About the role

Horizon Media, a marketing and advertising firm founded in 1989 and headquartered in New York City, is hiring a temporary Supervisor for Performance Media Analytics. The role covers affiliate campaign management, program measurement and close collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Account management (25%): create, implement, track, analyze and optimize affiliate campaigns across platforms and internal and external systems, and share affiliate trends and insights with account teams and clients.
• Analyze key metrics and program tracking techniques to improve affiliate performance efficiency (25%).
• Prospect and build relationships with key affiliates to find strategic solutions for clients' marketing challenges (5%).
• Test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume (15%).
• Use acquisition and incentive strategies and affiliate P&L management to meet target acquisition volume and efficiency goals (CPA) (5%).
• Maintain open relationships with Business Solutions, Digital Activation, Analytics, the client team, affiliate partners and technology providers, and support leadership on forecasting and new business opportunities (20%).

Required profile

• Professional, organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Preferred: 3+ years in affiliate or performance marketing, with CPA/CPL focus, and experience using site analytics.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel fluency.
• Analytical skills to measure affiliate program success and grow client accounts.

No certificates or licenses required. Some travel may be needed for trade shows and publisher or client visits. Salary range: $2,019.23 - $2,307.69 per week, depending on experience and other factors.
