About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Supervisor for its Outlets in Park City, Utah. The role is integral to the store management team, driving sales, operational excellence, and a memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders and move around the store.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.

Required skills

• Ability to follow Levi’s store policies, procedures and directives.
• Basic proficiency in retail point‑of‑sale systems and inventory handling.
