About the role

The Supervisor of Clinical Services leads daily operations of the Orthopedic Surgery Clinic’s appointment desks, ensuring efficient staffing, patient satisfaction, and adherence to policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and develop department staff while managing scheduling and performance.
  • Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and process improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Handle patient complaints promptly and maintain high morale among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal controls.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of related healthcare/clinical experience with leadership or supervisory duties.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on‑call availability.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and delegation abilities.
