About the role

This position oversees the day-to-day activities, processes and reporting for group accounts receivable premium teams at the account level. It works with accounts receivable offshore teams on escalated phone calls and requires availability to travel. It is a flex (hybrid) role: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities, processes and reporting for group accounts receivable premium teams at account level
• Partner with accounts receivable offshore teams to help with escalated phone calls
• Travel 5-10% of the time

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or 4 years of experience including 2 in accounting
• 1 year of leadership or supervision experience
• Verbal and written communication skills, customer service and work management skills
• Analytical skills
• Availability to travel (5-10%)

Required skills

• Intermediate MS Word and Excel
• Preferred: knowledge of process payments, cancellations, stop claims, reinstatements, suspended cash and delinquency procedures, and the accounts receivable billing system
• Preferred: call center experience

What we offer

• Base pay range of $63,300 to $114,300, varying with skills, experience and location
