Success Coach – Midwest

About the role

The Success Coach joins Great Minds’ Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of our K‑12 curriculum suite across the Midwest. Working remotely, you will partner with teachers and school leaders to ensure they experience the full value of our products, from Eureka Math to Wit & Wisdom.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and on‑site coaching sessions that guide educators through curriculum implementation.
• Provide onboarding support, troubleshoot product usage, and answer pedagogical questions.
• Collect and analyze feedback to inform product improvements and professional‑learning resources.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to align coaching with customer goals.
• Track adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.

Required profile

• Experience working in K‑12 education, preferably as a teacher, instructional coach, or curriculum specialist.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable managing a flexible schedule across multiple Midwest states.
• Passion for improving student outcomes through high‑quality instructional materials.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Great Minds curricula (Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, Arts & Letters ELA, Geodes).
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).
• Basic data‑analysis skills to interpret adoption metrics.
