About the role

Ensemble Schools is looking for experienced, fun, and professional substitute instructors to teach guitar, piano, voice, and drums on a part‑time basis at Music House School of Music locations in Kansas.

Key responsibilities

Provide in‑person instruction for groups or individuals during primary teaching hours (M‑Th 3‑9 pm, Fri 3‑7 pm).
Cover schedule gaps when regular teachers are unavailable, with preference for candidates who can work at multiple sites.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in music education or performance preferred.
At least one year of teaching experience; group teaching a plus.
Performance experience in solo and ensemble settings.
Strong communication, organization, and punctuality.

Required skills

Proficiency on guitar, piano, voice, and drums.
Ability to use computers, mobile devices, internet browsers, and online applications.
