Student Recruiter for University of Arkansas Community College

About the role

The Recruiter will join the Student Services division of the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope‑Texarkana. Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the role leads all college‑wide recruitment activities, partnering with academic units, student services, and marketing to attract prospective students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Coordinate outreach events, campus tours, and information sessions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Student Relations and the College Relations & Marketing office on branding and communication initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in Workday and other HR systems.
• Provide guidance to prospective students and answer inquiries about programs, admissions, and financial aid.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in higher education, marketing, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
