About the role

The Recruiter will join the Student Services division at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope‑Texarkana, reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management. The role focuses on attracting and enrolling prospective students through coordinated recruitment activities across campus and external outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Dean, Director of Student Relations, and Marketing office.
• Organize and attend college fairs, high‑school visits, and community events to promote the college.
• Maintain recruitment databases, track applicant metrics, and generate reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with academic departments and student services to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
• Provide information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.

Required profile

• Experience in student recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in higher education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
