Strategy & Operations Lead

About the role

Sailor Health is building an AI‑enabled care platform for older adults and is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to work side‑by‑side with the founders. This full‑time, onsite role in New York City will shape growth infrastructure across operations, clinical delivery, and AI product.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale new care lines, owning workflow design, execution, and performance measurement.
• Own and elevate core functions such as provider operations, revenue cycle management, or care navigation from scrappy to world‑class.
• Drive internal AI transformation by deploying AI‑powered tools, internal apps, and workflow automations to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven top‑performer in high‑intensity, fast‑paced environments with a hunger to win.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to conduct deep analyses and make decisive, data‑driven decisions.
• Passionate about AI’s impact on healthcare and committed to building high‑impact solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for complex analysis.
