Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role in Wicker Park

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is a pioneering retailer that has been shaping fashion since 1873. As a Store Manager you will lead the store’s daily operations, coach your team and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing strategies to hit targets and maximize profits.
• Build a strong team through recruiting, training, empowering and motivating staff.
• Maintain operational excellence by managing inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising.
• Focus on customers to deliver a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Required profile

• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry with at least 3 + years of store‑management experience.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
