Store Manager – Levi's Outlet (Altoona, IA)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s outlet in Altoona, IA. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, visual merchandising and store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging shopping environment for customers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and a commitment to its values of originality, integrity and customer empathy.
