Part-Time Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi's® Outlets in Altoona, IA are seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to help create an energetic, high‑quality shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure brand standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, following company policies.
• Assist with training new hires and ongoing development of the team.
• Oversee cash handling, shipment processing, floor set‑up, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Partner with management to set performance expectations and provide feedback.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, loss‑prevention procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Flex store business strategies to meet daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising and coaching staff.
