Staff Product Designer - Agentic Platform

About the role

EvolutionIQ builds technology that helps insurance claims teams handle claims more accurately, fairly and efficiently. It is growing rapidly and is hiring a Staff Product Designer focused on agentic platforms. The designer works as a thought partner to Product and Engineering, defining how customers interact with AI agents, what the system automates and how the product earns trust.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and conceptual design of customer experiences across the AI landscape
• Design human and AI agent interactions, including how the system communicates uncertainty, automation, control, intervention and recovery
• Define the experience model: conceptual model, information architecture, core workflows, interaction patterns and guiding principles, and build reusable agentic patterns and design-system foundations
• Work directly with clients to inform experience decisions and validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing
• Establish a scalable experience architecture and reusable patterns across a complex, evolving platform
• Partner with leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to balance user needs, AI/ML capabilities, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• 12+ years designing digital products, including leading 0-to-1 and emerging-technology products in B2B enterprise software and highly regulated or complex problem spaces
• Demonstrated experience designing AI/ML or data-driven products, including agentic or human-in-the-loop experiences
• Proven ability to set experience strategy and solve ambiguous, business-critical problems with little precedent
• End-to-end UX/product design experience
• Exceptional communication skills, able to use product thinking, frameworks, research and data to influence executives, partners and clients
