Sr. Technical Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will act as a strategic bridge between business objectives and engineering solutions at NinjaHoldings. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role drives the definition, documentation, and delivery of high‑impact initiatives across the company’s financial‑services platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic discussions with business and engineering teams to address reporting challenges and improve processes.
• Gather, refine, and document complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate solution adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business intelligence and analysis within a technology‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to align cross‑functional teams and deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with financial services, digital banking, or lending products is a plus.
