Sr Network OT Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior OT Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This onsite position acts as the primary technical liaison between IT and plant engineering teams, ensuring secure and reliable network solutions with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT initiatives and lead deployment of OT network infrastructure.
• Design and implement secure, resilient network architectures, incorporating OT cybersecurity requirements such as network segmentation, IDMZ, and access control.
• Provide escalation support for network incidents, coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors, and maintain documentation for OT environments.
• Mentor local IT support and operational staff on OT networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance activities, and operational readiness.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience, with a focus on OT, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, secure network design, and high‑availability environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support activities.
• Ability to train and mentor support personnel and drive tasks to completion.
