Spring Cost Analyst / Finance Support Co‑Op

About the role

Join Bosch Charleston as a Spring Cost Analyst Co‑Op, supporting the lead cost analyst with financial planning, cost tracking, and reporting for product lines. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in manufacturing cost analysis and financial modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Support detailed financial planning and analysis tasks for product lines and facilitate cost tracking.
• Coordinate and execute standard reporting processes of financial results.
• Analyze monthly financial results and prepare presentations for plant, corporate, and senior management.
• Perform cost calculations for quotations, investment analysis, and part‑number setup.
• Evaluate cost‑saving measures and monitor KPI performance.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
