Spirits Sales Representative – On Premise – San Diego South

About the role

Join a leading beer, wine and spirits distributor as a Spirits Sales Representative covering the South San Diego on‑premise market. You will build and grow relationships with accounts, promote supplier brands, and achieve sales targets while working independently with your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts on a daily route, conduct sales presentations, and manage product placement, promotions and inventory.
• Analyze each account for growth opportunities, ensure compliance with national accounts, and handle receivables, credits and returns.
• Educate staff on priority brands, conduct training seminars, and maintain brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials.
• Support new account openings, collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on opening orders, and participate in sales blitzes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years old, able to lift 45‑65 lb, and comfortable with frequent travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.

What we offer

• Base salary $65k‑$100k plus uncapped commission, incentives and bonuses.
