About the role
Join Rothy’s as a Seasonal Retail Ambassador at the University Town Center location, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand’s sustainable values.
Key responsibilities
- Provide best‑in‑class service, showcasing product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Drive personal and team sales while building lasting customer relationships.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older with previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools safely.
What we offer
- Hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00.
