Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Services

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric‑focused team in Holly Springs, NC. The SLP will provide speech, language, and feeding therapy to preschool‑aged children in natural home and school environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver speech, language, communication, and feeding therapy to early‑intervention and preschool clients, addressing receptive/expressive language, articulation, social language, AAC, swallowing, oral motor skills, and apraxia.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, develop individualized goals and dynamic treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation to support IEP and plan‑of‑care processes.
• Collaborate regularly with families, teachers, lead SLP, occupational therapists, and other professionals, providing caregiver education and participating in multidisciplinary meetings.

Required profile

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech‑Language Pathology with an active NC license.
• Pediatric experience preferred (1+ year) and CCC‑SLP certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication, organizational, and independent work skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in speech‑language assessment and treatment techniques for children.
• Familiarity with AAC devices, IEP processes, and documentation technology.
