Sourcer – Build Talent Pipelines at AI Automation Startup

About the role

Serval is an AI‑native automation platform looking for a proactive Sourcer to design and own its talent pipeline strategy. You will work closely with hiring managers across engineering, go‑to‑market, and operations to identify and engage top talent before positions are formally opened.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and iterate multi‑channel sourcing strategies for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, map talent markets, and prioritize pipeline efforts.
• Research and reach out to passive candidates via LinkedIn, community groups, events, referrals and unconventional channels.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure pipeline quality, share market insights and align sourcing with the broader talent strategy.
• Track and report key metrics such as outreach, response and conversion rates to continuously improve the process.

Required profile

• Proven sourcing experience in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS or similar environment.
• Ability to build pipelines for a wide range of roles, from engineers to sales and operations.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to craft compelling outreach and build genuine relationships.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to assess pipeline health and refine approaches.
