Software Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

QuickStaffing HR is recruiting a Software Support Specialist on behalf of its partner company, EachBase, to support a SaaS practice management platform used by US-based medical clinics. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records, support history and ticket statuses.
• Create clear, detailed tickets for development and product teams about bugs and feature requests.
• Lead live video calls with US clients to answer questions, troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions.
• Onboard and train new clients by walking them through software sections and features.
• Investigate reported problems to tell whether they are user errors or software bugs.
• Follow up proactively with clients until their issues are fully resolved.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, Linguistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of direct experience working with US clients in software support, client training, technical assistance or SaaS implementation.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply, with patience, empathy, strong problem solving and active listening.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk or healthcare/EHR/EMR software is an advantage.
