Software Engineer, Growth

About the role

We are building autonomous systems for small medical practices, starting with doctors’ offices. As a Software Engineer, Growth you will own the end‑to‑end customer journey – from discovery and sign‑up to the moment a practice goes live. You will work closely with sales and product to create tools that accelerate onboarding and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement growth and onboarding infrastructure that shortens the demo‑to‑close cycle.
• Build data pipelines and sync engines supporting high‑volume insurance claims and healthcare payments.
• Collaborate with sales to translate messy workflows into streamlined, automated systems.
• Influence marketing, branding, and distribution strategies through technical solutions.
• Maintain and evolve serverless services on Google Cloud Platform and Vercel.

Required profile

• Enjoys rapid experimentation, learning from failures, and thinking from first principles.
• Passionate about creating tools that multiply the impact of sales and engineering teams.
• Comfortable working across both backend (Python/Django) and frontend (TypeScript/Next.js) stacks.
• Willing to engage directly with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders.
