Software Engineer – Full‑Stack (C#, .NET, Angular)

About the role

Metrologic is looking for a Software Engineer to join our QDM/IF development team. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain software that enables manufacturers worldwide to manage quality data, analyze process performance, and make informed production decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build software solutions using C#.NET, Angular, TypeScript, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and support REST APIs and database solutions.
• Create scalable, high‑performing software following architecture and coding standards.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing strategies.
• Apply secure coding practices and resolve vulnerabilities.
• Support software releases, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with product management, quality engineering, and fellow developers.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience building commercial web applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technical domains.
• Comfort working with quantitative and statistical concepts.
