Social Media Manager – Drive Growth & Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and implement innovative platform and content strategies that drive channel growth, community engagement and e‑commerce revenue. The role will lead content planning, production and performance analysis across our social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with social posting across owned handles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand pillars, events, giveaways, influencer activations and campaigns
• Collaborate with digital marketing, communications and e‑commerce teams to support key initiatives
• Monitor activity, engage with users and support social coverage for brand events and collaborations
• Analyze performance data, report to executive team and optimise strategies
• Stay on top of social trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Lead day‑to‑day management of all social accounts and oversee content creation, shoots and post‑production
• Develop briefs, storyboards, pre‑production decks and coordinate with creative services

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing and managing social media strategy
• Proven track record of driving audience growth, engagement and e‑commerce results
• Strong data‑oriented and analytical mindset combined with creative thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

What we offer

• Base salary range $110,000 – $130,000 per year
