Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Smoky Mountains)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage short‑term rental properties in the Smoky Mountains region (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville). This full‑time remote position supports owners and guests, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of short‑term rental properties.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle check‑ins/check‑outs.
• Coordinate cleaners, maintenance vendors, and inspectors.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, pricing, and dynamic pricing tools.
• Process maintenance tickets and follow up until completion.
• Keep listings accurate and optimized across booking platforms.
• Assist with owner communications and operational reporting.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing STR properties in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville, TN.
• Strong understanding of the Smoky Mountains vacation‑rental market.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
