Shop Manager – Luxury Menswear Concession

About the role

The Shop Manager acts as the brand ambassador for Boggi Milano’s shop‑in‑shop at Bloomingdale’s in Chevy Chase, leading the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, meet sales targets and uphold operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and seasonal sales and exceed targets.
• Cultivate long‑term client relationships using CRM tools, personalized styling and client‑eling apps.
• Partner with Bloomingdale’s floor leadership on traffic, events and promotional opportunities.
• Lead, train and develop the sales team, conduct briefings and schedule staff for peak hours.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS procedures and loss‑prevention compliance.
• Oversee inventory integrity, RFID cycles and meet shrink targets.
• Execute visual‑merchandising floor‑sets, window displays and mannequin styling to global standards.
• Analyze sales dashboards, submit business recaps and KPI commentary.
• Represent Boggi Milano at events, product trainings and social outreach.

Required profile

• 2–3 years senior experience in premium or luxury menswear retail, preferably in a concession or department‑store environment.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory systems and MS Office/Google Workspace; comfortable using client‑eling applications.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, peak seasons and retail holidays.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI metrics.
