Shift Lead – Potrero

About the role

Boba Guys is seeking a Shift Lead who is passionate about milk tea, coffee, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this part‑time role you will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly during your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding hospitality to guests and support your team throughout the shift.
• Lead problem‑solving, maintain product quality, and manage cash and inventory accurately.
• Deploy staff to maximize speed of service while protecting store assets and following safety procedures.
• Communicate essential information clearly, maintain confidentiality, and model teamwork and respect.

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience with a proven ability to lead and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management and delegation skills.
• Ability to solve problems using sound judgment and align with Boba Guys’ vision, mission and values.
