Shift Lead – Part‑Time

About the role

Boba Guys is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts, delivering exceptional hospitality to guests and supporting team members. The role blends leadership, problem‑solving, and hands‑on store management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and anticipate needs to stay one step ahead.
• Coach, train and develop team members, modelling teamwork and Boba Guys’ values.
• Deploy staff to maximize speed of service while maintaining product quality.
• Protect store assets by following safety, food‑handling, security, maintenance and cash‑handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory, track shortages and communicate essential information clearly.

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience with a proven ability to lead.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving judgment and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Availability for weekends, opening and closing shifts and ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly.
