Service Technician (Casona)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join Greystar’s property maintenance team in Grand Prairie, Texas. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of residential buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure equipment and systems remain operational.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and obtaining necessary supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow up on completed tasks.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or property‑management environment.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and comply with relevant building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple service requests.
