Service Supervisor – The Shipwright

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work across The Shipwright community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.
