Service Supervisor – East Valley

About the role

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our East Valley community in Phoenix. The role is responsible for overseeing technical and mechanical maintenance to ensure the property’s interiors, exteriors, grounds and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply ordering and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment and safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders, manage vendor relationships and oversee a small team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
