Leasing and Marketing Manager (Lease Up) – Student Living

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead the lease‑up of a new student‑living community in Phoenix. The role will drive marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention targets for a 2027 lease‑up community, with an expected start date of September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives while monitoring daily sales and leasing activities.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans based on market and competitor analysis.
• Create and execute advertising strategies using available technology and property‑management software to generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, conduct inspections, and implement merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and manage move‑in procedures.
