Service Champion – Fast‑Food Team Member

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales, handle payments, and resolve issues.
• Prepare menu items and maintain product quality.
• Monitor and maintain service equipment.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain required inventory levels.
• Promote recognition and motivation initiatives among team members.

Required profile

• Enjoy serving great food and have a fun, customer‑focused attitude.
• Be at least 14 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Complete training certification and demonstrate enthusiasm to learn.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
