About the role

Join Oregano's dynamic server team in the Mesa Community College area. Provide exceptional guest experiences while advancing your hospitality career.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide menu recommendations, address guest needs, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Suggest appetizers, desserts, and beverages to increase average check.
  • Process payments, handle cash, and follow proper cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

  • Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol where applicable.
