About the role

Join Oregano's dynamic server team and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. This part‑time position is ideal for friendly, outgoing individuals who love hospitality.

Key responsibilities

Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide menu recommendations, address guest needs, and resolve issues promptly.
Suggest appetizers, desserts, and drinks to increase average check.
Process payments, handle cash, and follow cash‑handling procedures.
Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stand for extended periods.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
Valid food safety/alcohol serving certifications where applicable; must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
