About the role
The Servant Leadership Training (SLT) program offers men and women who have completed the DHFM or DHFW discipleship curriculum an opportunity to give back, assume leadership responsibilities, and apply their learning while continuing to be discipled.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor participants entering the Damascus House programs.
- Teach basic leadership, counseling, and life‑skill modules.
- Maintain strong accountability and uphold high standards of obedience and sacrifice.
Required profile
- Completed the DHFM or DHFW residential discipleship curriculum.
- Willingness to serve others, demonstrate obedience, and make personal sacrifices.
Required skills
- Basic leadership and teaching abilities.
- Counseling and life‑skill development experience.
