About the role
The Canyon Hills Resident Program trains, mentors, and launches future ministry leaders to make more and better disciples of Jesus Christ. It offers consistent, practical ministry opportunities and one‑on‑one mentoring with pastors and ministry leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in ministry projects and practical service opportunities.
- Engage in educational sessions and leadership tool workshops.
- Receive one‑on‑one mentoring in character, leadership, and ministry skills.
Required profile
- Strong desire to serve in Christian ministry.
- Commitment to personal growth and discipleship.
