About the role
The Global Care Pastor will provide spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical support to Canyon Hills Community Church’s worldwide partners. This role is dedicated to nurturing those who serve Christ across the globe through intentional connection and strategic care initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate pastoral care programs for global partners.
- Offer regular encouragement, counseling, and practical assistance both remotely and on‑site.
- Develop and implement strategic care initiatives that address spiritual and emotional needs.
- Facilitate personal ministry visits and maintain ongoing relationships with partners worldwide.
Required profile
- Deep commitment to the mission of Canyon Hills Community Church.
- Passion for caring for and supporting global ministry workers.
- Strong relational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for personal ministry.
