About the role

This fully remote contractor position supports a mission‑driven digital marketing environment where SEO is a core growth driver. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, turning data and analytics into actionable strategies that boost organic visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to uncover technical, on‑page, and off‑page opportunities.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content planning, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze performance data with analytics and SEO tools to identify trends and optimization chances.
• Collaborate with content, analytics, and development teams to implement recommendations.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust tactics to maintain rankings.
• Provide clear reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO or organic growth, preferably within an agency or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts such as site structure, crawlability, indexing, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote, collaborative environment.
