VP Brand Marketing & Operations

About the role

Claire’s is seeking a Vice President of Brand Marketing & Operations to lead the transformation of its iconic retail brand for modern girlhood. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the VP will turn brand vision, creative direction, and partnership opportunities into scalable, high-impact marketing programs that drive growth across 900 stores in the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, campaigns and major brand moments.
• Lead annual brand planning, translating business objectives into seasonal storytelling and cultural initiatives.
• Develop integrated launch plans across paid, owned, earned, retail and experiential channels.
• Partner with merchandising, product and commercial teams to align product priorities with marketing execution.
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs and full-funnel amplification plans for every initiative.
• Build repeatable GTM frameworks that scale across categories, seasons and channels.
• Design and manage the marketing operating system, including planning, briefing, execution and post-mortem analysis.
• Lead core operating rhythms such as campaign calendars, GTM reviews and weekly execution reviews.
• Ensure seamless orchestration across brand, retail, PR, social and partnership teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in brand marketing and operations within a fast-paced consumer retail environment.
• Track record of building scalable marketing engines that translate insights into commercially successful programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with merchandising, product, commercial and creative teams.
• Ability to drive disciplined execution at scale while maintaining brand integrity.
