SEO Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to lead strategic digital marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This full‑time remote position combines analytical problem‑solving, hands‑on campaign execution, and direct client relationship management across paid and organic search channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies for multi‑industry client accounts.
• Conduct audits of technical SEO, bidding structures, CRO, and landing‑page performance.
• Create 90‑day, 6‑month, and annual digital marketing roadmaps and track KPI attribution using GA4 and Search Console.
• Oversee technical SEO implementations, link‑building, programmatic pages, and AI‑driven content workflows.
• Participate in sales calls, provide technical insights, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high‑performing multi‑channel strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, PPC, or full‑funnel digital strategy.
• Proven agency client‑management background with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams, present strategic recommendations, and drive CRO initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
