About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join its Retail Marketing team. As a Retail Associate – Events & Promotions you will represent one of the fastest‑growing home‑improvement companies, engaging homeowners inside major retail and hardware stores and at local events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Educate homeowners on exterior remodeling products such as roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.
• Set up free inspections and consultations based on qualifying needs.
• Install and maintain promotional booths and displays inside retail and hardware locations.
• Support promotional campaigns, merchandising, and event setup/teardown.
• Meet individual and team lead‑generation goals.
• Handle customer questions professionally and confidently.
• Attend team meetings and trainings to develop communication and marketing skills.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events or store coverage.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred.
