Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead the acquisition of mobile app users across its global portfolio. This remote, full‑time position will focus on driving growth for social discovery products through data‑driven advertising strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads and other platforms.
• Manage budgets to meet product and performance targets.
• Design and run A/B tests, iterating quickly on hypotheses.
• Evaluate campaign performance, monitor key product metrics, and report insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad concepts and briefs.
• Work closely with partners, product, and creative teams to align acquisition efforts.
• Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize for in‑app events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mobile app advertising on Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
• Successful track record managing acquisition funnels and delivering results.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience using Appsflyer for attribution.
• Familiarity with cohort analysis techniques.
