About the role
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the product design cycle from discovery through developer hand‑off and user acceptance testing, collaborating closely with business analysts, product managers and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the product design process and maintain design quality throughout development.
- Estimate design tickets accurately during planning sessions.
- Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables such as sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Ensure design decisions are data‑driven by identifying assumptions and planning moderated usability tests.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
- Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Sketch.
- Experience using InVision or Framer X.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
