Brand Designer – Join Rogo’s Growing Team

About the role

Rogo is looking for its first dedicated Brand Designer to shape and scale the visual identity of a fast‑growing AI‑driven finance platform. You will work closely with leadership, design, marketing and external partners to create a cohesive, premium brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the core brand system, ensuring consistency across digital, physical, internal and external media.
• Design key brand surfaces such as the website, social channels, presentations, product marketing assets, out‑of‑home campaigns, events and merchandise.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to create assets for launches, customer stories and major announcements.
• Build templates, libraries and standards that enable other teams to maintain high‑quality brand execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and external agencies to align brand direction with business goals.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in brand or visual/graphic design, preferably in a fast‑moving startup or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium typography, composition and storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with a deep sense of ownership and pride in your work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and ability to learn new tools such as Jitter, After Effects, Framer.
• Experience designing across web, digital, print, motion and presentation mediums.
