Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Scribe is scaling fast and needs a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will manage searches from sourcing strategy through close and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure every hire raises the bar.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for EPD roles across a range of levels, including new hiring categories.
• Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards, define what “great” looks like, and keep pipelines moving.
• Build and run multi‑channel sourcing strategies, market maps, and competitive talent analysis to develop strong passive pipelines.
• Track pipeline data, flag bottlenecks early, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Sell candidates on the product, growth opportunities, and evolving AI capabilities.
• Communicate proactively with hiring teams and candidates, flagging changes before they are asked.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles.
• Background at a fast‑growing early‑stage SaaS startup with significant headcount or revenue scaling.
• Proven ability to build sourcing strategies from scratch and land strong passive technical talent.
• Experience closing Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) candidates and assessing top talent.
• Fluent in Ashby and Juicebox (or comparable sourcing tools) and data‑driven decision making.
• Curiosity about AI and ability to discuss product and market trends with candidates.
