Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Nestlé is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting initiatives for Technical & Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and QA functions. Based in Solon, Ohio, this hybrid role requires regular on‑site presence three days a week and focuses on building a robust talent pipeline for the world’s largest food company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional leadership to design and implement recruiting strategies and talent sourcing programs.
• Lead the full life‑cycle recruiting process from requisition posting through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using direct sourcing, database mining, networking, cold‑calling, industry events and social marketing.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to integrate employer branding and social media tactics.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the Nestlé employment brand.
• Track candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a complex, high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs and to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Strong project‑management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
